Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item.
Please make sure to review all product details and images carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging all items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pokishido@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
As a rule, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or handled trading cards

Sealed product where packaging has been tampered with

Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code

Gift cards or custom orders
Due to the volatility and value fluctuations in the collectibles market, all sales are final.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you still retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
To qualify, the item must be:

Unused and in original condition and packaging
