  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major drops), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic (within United States):

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days

International Shipping:

  • Available to select countries

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties upon delivery


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to:

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged:

  • Contact the carrier first to initiate an investigation.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
